Printer Setup Unboxing

  • Inside the box, you will find the user manual, power cord, USB cable, CD installation driver, and ink cartridges. Carefully remove all tapes and packaging materials from the printer, as the parts are packed securely to prevent shifting during shipping.
  • Set aside the shipping box and other recyclable packaging materials.

Connect the printer's power cord

  • Connect the small end of the power cable to the back of the printer and the other end to a wall outlet. Ensure the power cable is plugged directly into the wall socket, without using a voltage stabilizer or extension cord.
  • The device will turn on automatically. From the printer's control panel, enter the necessary information, such as language, location, date, and time zone.

Loading Printer Paper

  • Open the input tray and unlock the tapes on the paper width and length guides.
  • Extend the paper tray to its full length and load it with a stack of plain white paper.
  • Adjust the guides to fit the paper snugly, but not too tightly. Close the paper tray when finished.
